cosmetology could be the right career for you! Our school is
dedicated to providing you with the marketable skills you need to
succeed. Cosmetology training offers a wide variety of career
options. You might consider specializing in one of the following:
Cosmetology (hair care for Caucasian, African American, and Asian
clients), Esthiology (skin care, facials, microdermabrasions, hair
removal/waxing, and makeup artistry), and/or nail technology
(acrylic nail application, manicures, and pedicures in a spa
whirlpool). These are only a few areas that you can
consider.

Succeeding
In order to succeed at any of these specialized areas, you
will need to develop a wide array of knowledge, skills and
competencies ranging from a strong understanding of beauty concepts
to "cutting-edge" technologies. Our goal is to combine your talents
and abilities with the skills and knowledge specific to a career in
Cosmetology. We maintain high standards of teaching effectiveness
and focus attention to each student's individual learning and
motivational needs.

We are a preferred provider for Work Force Investment
Act,(WIA) managed by the Ms Employment Security Commission. We
also offer Title IV Pell Grant Funding to qualified

Serving You
If you live in Pascagoula, Gautier, Mobile, Biloxi,
Gulfport, Jackson, George County, Moss Point, Long Beach, Pass
Christian, Hattiesburg, or Laurel, and want to learn in a day spa
environment, come to Day Spa Career College. Through our
programs of, Cosmetology (1500 Hours), Manicuring (350 Hours),
Esthetics (650 Hours), Cosmetology Instructor Training (750 or 2000
Hours), and Esthetics/Manicuring Instructor Training (600 or 1000
Hours), we will help start on your way to a successful career in
the day spa industry. Night classes are offered, but some
restrictions do apply.
